**Exciting Opportunity for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to Emergency Room patients.
- Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe delivery of care.
- Maintain your clinical competencies through continued education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Work in a facility with 38 beds, certified as Trauma Level III, and a recognized Stroke and STEMI receiving center.
**Position Details:**
- Shift: DAYS 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12s)
- Start Date: Requested within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
- Preferred: Charge Nurse experience (additional compensation available).
- Must be willing to float to different areas as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Active AZ Nursing License.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
- Scrub colors/Dress code: Black.
- NIH certification is recommended but not mandatory.
