Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role requires a professional with strong skills in emergency care across a mixed patient demographic, including adult and pediatric cases. Key Responsibilities of the ER RN- Perform phlebotomy and start IVs competently
- Manage dysrhythmias and provide interpretation
- Provide care for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
- Administer blood products and manage central lines
- Administer procedural sedation and manage emergency medications
- Care for patients under isolation precautions
- Utilize continuous IV paralytics and IV vasopressors
- Float within the department as census warrants
Requirements of the ER RN- Current NY nursing license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Emergency Nursing
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred
