Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM; block scheduling subject to facility needs; floating required as needed

Highlights:

• High-acuity 64-bed Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population from newborn through geriatric
• Case mix includes stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Unit features include 40 acute beds, 2 trauma bays, 6 super track, 10 CDU, 6 psych, and 2 triage stations
• Specialty equipment experience with Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun preferred
• Epic EMR system utilized
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license required
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience with pediatric experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required
• Current TNCC certification required (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license
