Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New York
Start Date: October 19th or 26th, 2026
Location: Upstate New York

Schedule: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM shifts in a high-acuity, 64-bed Emergency Department
Highlights:
- Work in a comprehensive ED with 64 beds including acute care, trauma, CDU, psych, and super track units
- Gain experience with diverse patient populations from newborns through geriatrics
- EPIC EMR system utilized facility-wide
- Manage high-acuity cases including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
- Opportunity for charge nurse responsibilities (highly preferred)
- Exposure to specialty equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
Requirements:
- Active New York State RN license (verification via NURSYS required)
- Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience required
- Pediatric patient care experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Proficiency with critical drips including pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, and sedation medications
- Willingness to float to other units as needed
- Valid driver's license
