Responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the emergency department.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
Participate in departmental initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures.
Flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays as required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
