**Join Our Team as an ER Registered Nurse!**
- Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic Emergency Room setting?
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ER Registered Nurse to join our night shift team!
**Position Details:**
- **Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER RN)
- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Accreditations Needed:** BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year in ER nursing
- **First-Timers Accepted:** Yes
- **Ratios:** 1 nurse to 5 patients, with mixed/shared acuity levels
- **Float Required:** Yes, depending on census
- **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide compassionate and expert care to patients in the ER
- Perform competencies in phlebotomy and IV placements
- Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
- Administer blood products and manage central line care
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Administer emergency medications, including IV vasopressors
- Conduct procedural sedation administration
**Preferred Skills:**
- Proficient in Epic charting system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
**Attire:**
- Scrub colors: Any combination of navy and white
**Additional Notes:**
- Minimal RTO restrictions
- Open to accommodating block schedules, but it's not guaranteed
- No local candidates accepted (75 miles)
