This role involves working in a dynamic emergency department environment, providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with various emergency diagnoses. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)- Administer IV therapy, including blood product administration and IV vasopressors
- Manage CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator care
- Handle cardiac monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias
- Provide emergency care for a wide range of conditions
- Adhere to isolation precautions and conduct triage efficiently
Requirements of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)- Active New York Single State RN license (not Compact)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- EPIC charting system experience required
- Specialized skills in IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, and emergency care
