Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role is within a Level 1 Trauma Center environment, providing exceptional emergency care to a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team in a fast-paced emergency department, leveraging critical nursing skills.

Key Responsibilities of the ER Registered Nurse- Provide direct patient care, triage, and documentation in a high-acuity emergency setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Monitor and interpret heart rhythms and other vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and transfer critical patients
- Assist in the emergency care for trauma patients post-stabilization
- Maintain accurate and efficient electronic health record documentation
Requirements of the ER Registered Nurse- Active IL nursing license or application in process
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 prior travel assignment preferred
- Proficiency in vasopressor drips and titration, cardiac drips, and antihypertensive drugs
