Shifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7, Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Room/Med Surg Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Gordon, NE. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in both the Emergency Room and Med Surg units, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Room/Med Surg Registered Nurse

• Assess and manage patient care in both ER and MS settings
• Float between departments as needed, ensuring seamless care
• Administer medications and IV drips including heparin, cardezem, and norepi
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs and PAs
• Perform tasks such as reading EKGs, setting up CPAP and BiPAP machines
• Assist with patient transport and labor draws if comfortable

Requirements of the Emergency Room/Med Surg Registered Nurse

• Valid RN license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working between ER & MS units
