TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Antioch, California, 94509!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Patient ratio experience of 4 - Community hospital experience required - Trauma Level II experience required Description: This position consists of 3 shifts of 12 hours each. The variable shift start time is between 11:00 and 15:00. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. The nurse will provide care for patients in the emergency department. The focus will be on managing a variety of emergency situations. Candidates must demonstrate skills in the care of patients with acute conditions. Experience with advanced airways, IV management, and critical care is essential. The nurse will work with a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, and adults. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is a key part of the role. A strong emphasis is placed on triage and emergency response. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and communication skills. The role may involve managing patients with a range of conditions, including trauma and medical emergencies.
