Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. Specializing in emergency care, this role requires a nurse with strong pediatric and travel nursing experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Department Registered Nurse- Provide high-quality care to patients across all age groups, including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Manage patients with common diagnoses such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure.
- Administer required drips and medications including pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, sedatives, TNK, heparin, and insulin.
- Operate specialty equipment like Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun.
- Float between units as needed, while maintaining a high standard of care.
Requirements of the Emergency Department Registered Nurse- Active NY RN License verified through NURSYS
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
- 2+ years of emergency department experience with pediatric exposure
- Documented travel nursing experience
- Proficient in EPIC EMR systems
- Charge capability is highly preferred
