Candidates must have an active RN license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. Experience with the Epic charting system is necessary. The position may require working weekends every other week. Preferred qualifications include previous charge experience. Patient ratios are 4 to 1. Candidates will care for a diverse range of patients including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 100 visits with 28 rooms and 23 beds available. Responsibilities include providing care for various emergency conditions, both traumatic and non-traumatic. Skills preferred include management of respiratory conditions, venous access techniques, and monitoring of neurological injuries. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary setting.
