Description:
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.
Requests for time off after upload or during the interview will not be approved.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, with fewer days preferred.
Applicants who have preferences for block scheduling or other scheduling accommodations will not be considered.
Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two blocks if scheduled/needed during specific holiday periods.
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Profile should include work history, skills checklist relevant to the position, and a supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment.
Active certifications are required in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS.
Travelers must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays if needed.
