This role requires skilled professionals with at least 2 years of ER experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced emergency department. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide direct patient care in a 67-bed emergency department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SUPV, CHG, multi techs, and CNAs
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality care according to established protocols
- Adjust quickly to varying ER acuity levels and patient census
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Minimum of 2 years ER experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI certifications
- Familiarity with MEDITECH is preferred
