Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN to join the Emergency Room/Emergency Department team in Milwaukee, WI. This travel assignment offers an opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic hospital environment known for its Level IV Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient group from neonates to geriatrics
- Manage all ED diagnoses, including trauma, mental health, and neuro patients
- Stabilize and prepare STEMI patients for transfer to Cath Lab
- Maintain a 1:4 patient ratio, adjusting for acuity as needed
- Implement critical care procedures including TPA and blood administration, procedural sedation, and code blue management
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- 3 years of ED experience in a fast-paced facility
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and IV skills
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- Strong triage skills preferred
