Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (Emergency Room/Emergency Department)- Safely manage high-acuity and fast-paced emergency care
- Accurately document within electronic medical records
- Provide excellent patient care while demonstrating situational awareness

- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements of the Registered Nurse (Emergency Room/Emergency Department)- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from AHA
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills
