We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse with Charge Nurse experience for a 13-week contract in Aberdeen, Washington. This role involves providing expert nursing care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, from initial assessment to discharge or transfer.
  • Lead and coordinate patient care activities as a Charge Nurse, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Respond rapidly and effectively to emergent situations, performing critical interventions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Proven Charge Nurse experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Meditech Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
