Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Wisconsin

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (1900 - 0730), includes weekends and holidays. 4:1 patient ratio. 20 hours orientation provided.

Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license required
- Minimum two years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years
- Epic charting system experience required
- Current BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA ONLY), and TNCC certifications required
- Previous travel experience required
- Must successfully pass telemetry competency exam prior to start date with strict passing criteria (80% or higher, 100% identification of lethal rhythms)
- Level II Trauma Center experience required; Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Clinical Skills:
- Comprehensive emergency care including trauma, stroke, cardiac emergencies, and critical care interventions
- Ventilator management, arterial line and central line care, blood product administration
- Dysrhythmia interpretation and management, procedural sedation, advanced airway management
- Triage expertise, behavioral health crisis management, and multi-system organ dysfunction care
- IV vasopressors, continuous sedation and paralytics, ABG interpretation
