- Your ability to prioritize injuries and medical concerns will be essential as you provide specialized, innovative services within our dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in fast-paced ED settings.
- Assess, prioritize, and manage patient needs and injuries effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical personnel.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
- Recent ED experience within the past six months.
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in a wide range of professional nursing services.
- Excellent communication skills.
**Education & Certifications:**
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- BLS-AHA, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
- CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours).
**Schedule:**
- Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts.
- Every other weekend required.
- No on-call or float requirements.
