**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - ED CWR!**
**Job Description:**

- Join our Emergency Department (ED) RNs who provide specialized and innovative services to patients of all ages.
- Be prepared to handle a variety of emergency situations and demonstrate quick and decisive actions in trauma cases.
- Ideal candidates possess the ability to quickly and accurately assess incoming patients, prioritizing their injuries and medical needs effectively.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
- Recent ED experience within the past six months.
- Proven level of performance and practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
**Education:**
- ASN Required.
- BSN Preferred.
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- BLS-AHA.
- ACLS.
- Telemetry.
- PALS.
- NIHSS.
- CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
**Schedule:**
- 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12-hour shifts.
- Every other weekend required.
- No on-call requirement.
- No float requirement.
