Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in the Emergency Department for an assignment in Thornton, CO. This contract role demands a professional with acute care ED experience, ready to work in a dynamic environment dealing with a wide range of emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Emergency Department- Rapid assessment (ESI Triage) and comprehensive nursing assessments
- Pain assessment and management
- Sepsis screening and interventions
- Stroke screening and interventions
- Trauma level 1 & 2 activations and interventions
- MCI response and blood administration
- Procedural sedation and pediatric emergency care
- Behavioral health crisis intervention
- Vital sign monitoring, EKG, and defibrillation
- IV insertion and blood collection
- Medication administration and assistance with sutures/staples-wound care
Requirements of the Travel RN - Emergency Department- Minimum 1-2 years current acute care ED RN experience
- Current BLS, ALS, NIH, PALS, TNCC & ENPC certifications
- CPI Blue card
- Preferred Trauma level 1 or 2 experience
- Prior Meditech experience
