Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
- Collaborate with medical teams to manage patient care efficiently
- Monitor and document patient status and progress
- Provide patient education and support
- Ensure compliance with departmental protocols
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Active RN license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC certifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Level 2 trauma center or high-volume ED
- At least 1-year experience in an ER setting
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
