Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Deliver patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department
- Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patient flow and experience
- Perform assigned duties in cardiac monitoring and triage areas as needed
- Engage in real-time coaching and feedback with team members
- Adhere to AIDET and respectful patient communication standards
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience with at least 1 year in an ER setting
- Experience in a Level II trauma or comprehensive stroke center preferred
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
