Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
- Maintain patient safety and manage critical emergency situations
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in the ER setting
- Provide real-time coaching and support to peers and junior staff
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Active RN license with 2 years of experience, including 1 year in an ER setting
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke facility
