**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!**
**Job Description:**
- Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to take on an exciting role in our fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Ideal candidates will possess:
- **Minimum 2 Years of ER Experience** in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- An **Active IL RN License** along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications, and either TNCC or TNS.
- A graduation certificate from an **accredited nursing program** (education verification required).
- Work Schedule:
- 12-Hour **Evening/Night Shifts** with rotation for weekends and holidays.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments abiding by nursing techniques, policies, and state laws.
- Document patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Engage in performance improvement activities to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Provide critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience; escalate issues as needed.
- Participate actively in professional nursing continuum processes and peer review activities.
