**Candidate Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in emergency care.
- Valid California RN License is a must.
- Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI.
- Requirement to have the FLU VACCINE (no exemptions allowed).
**Essential Skills Required:**
- Proficient in IV starts, telemetry, and conscious sedation.
- Experience in trauma and triage is highly preferred.
**Holiday Requirements:**
- Must work 2 major holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
- Extended RTO (2+ days) during holiday weeks will not be approved.
