**Job Title: ER Registered Nurse • Days**
Join our team in Torrance, CA, as an ER Registered Nurse for day shifts on an 8•week contract, 36 hours per week.
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver care in a Level 1 Trauma Center, focusing on rapid triage, patient assessment, and stabilization.
• Implement treatment plans, administer medications, and support emergency procedures.
• Monitor cardiac conditions and manage acute illnesses, trauma, respiratory, cardiac, complex infections, and psychiatric emergencies.
• Participate in resuscitation and critical care for severely injured patients.
**Requirements:**
• Valid CA RN License.
• Certifications: AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety.
• Complete LA County Employee Health Clearance before starting.
• COVID vaccination and booster if eligible.
• Preferably 1+ years in a Level 1 Trauma Center or 5+ years in high•acuity ER.
• Familiarity with Cerner system preferred.
• Capable of thriving in a fast•paced environment.
• Travel experience is a plus.
