Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints, to identify immediate and ongoing care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed by physicians, adhering to all protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, interpret diagnostic tests, and document all care provided in a timely and precise manner.
- Initiate and manage emergency interventions, including resuscitation efforts and stabilization procedures, in critical situations.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medication management, and discharge instructions to promote understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
