Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide exceptional care in a Level 4 Trauma setting
- Lead emergency care teams as a Charge Nurse
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management
- Act as a preceptor to new staff, fostering development and growth
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- 3+ years of ER experience required
- Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, & TNCC certifications
- NRP & ENPC certifications preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Charge nurse experience and ability required
- Preceptor experience preferred
