Alameda, Emergency Dept. - Number of Beds: 12 - Staff Size: 6-8 - Patient Ratios: 4:1 **Shift Details:** - Day Shift: 5-7 RNs, 1 ER Tech, 1 Unit Secretary - Schedule: 11a-11p, Unit Secretary 9a-5p M-F - Night Shift: 5-6 RNs, 1 ER Tech, 1 Unit Secretary - Schedule: 11a-11p, Unit Secretary 5p-1a M-F **Essential Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience as an RN - Required Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - ENPC or PALS - CPI - TNCC **Preferred Skills:** - Strong experience in Neuro and Cardiac care - High energy, fast-paced work style **Typical Procedures Performed:** - STEMI - Stroke/TPA - RSI **Dress Code:** - Preferred scrub color: Royal Blue (not mandatory) - No competitor emblems allowed **Awards/Recognition:** - 12-minute door to needle TPA - Fastest bed assigned to patient in Gulf Coast Division **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
