The main goal is to have flexibility in staffing during peak times. Candidates should be open to accommodating a block schedule as needed. The patient care ratio is set at 1:3. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. No on-call duty is required for this position. Travelers should be prepared to work weekends every other week. All requests for time off must be communicated upon submission. Clinical responsibilities will involve providing care to a diverse patient population across various age groups.
