As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be integral to a team certified to manage critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric cases. You will apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for individuals requiring immediate medical attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent medical conditions.
- Provide specialized care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric populations, in accordance with established protocols.
- Manage patients experiencing emergent and urgent mental health crises, providing appropriate interventions and support.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize patient needs and respond effectively to rapidly changing situations.
Required Qualifications

Skills & Competencies
