TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Melrose, Minnesota, 56352!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room/Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Room and Medical Surgical. OB experience preferred. License: Active state RN license required (can be pending). Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC required. Must-Have: - General Emergency Department experience required. - Combined Adult/Pediatric experience required. - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias required. - OB experience preferred. Description: Position requires experience in both Emergency Room and Medical Surgical nursing. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work both day and night shifts. Every third weekend is required. No on-call is required for this position. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 during the day and 1:6 at night. First-time travelers are accepted. Candidates must have a valid state license by the time of submission. Pending licenses may be accepted. Local candidates are not eligible for this position. Guaranteed hours will be contracted. Finalized RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission. No RTO is allowed within the first week of the start date. A maximum of 10 days of RTO is permitted per assignment. The hospital provides support from interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and social services. Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census and number of rooms are managed according to hospital protocols. Special equipment requirements and procedures may apply. Candidates must be willing to complete required lab work and fingerprinting as per state regulations. Travelers are expected to work holidays as needed.
