**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to Emergency Room patients.
- Utilize your clinical skills by applying the Nursing Process according to the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
- Showcase your critical thinking and scientific judgment in planning and delivering safe patient care in the fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities effectively in line with staff education and experience levels.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care, enhancing team efficiency and patient outcomes.
**Facility Requirements:**
- Must have current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (attached with submission).
- Must possess a valid SC RN or multi-state RN license (attached with submission).
- Must have 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience.
