**Position Overview:**
- Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
- Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
- As Needed Weekend Hours
- Call Requirements: As Needed
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced emergency environment.
- Evaluate and treat a variety of medical conditions, including chest pain, CHF, COPD, and psychiatric emergencies.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- CPI/Handle with Care
- NIH
- PALS or ENPC
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years in an Emergency Room setting
- Current Virginia RN Licensure
**Unit Information:**
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- Number of Beds: 34
- EHR System: Medhost
- Supervisor: Jessica Tate, Director of Emergency Services
