**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patient care? - We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our night shift team from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Your expertise will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing high-quality patient care specific to the age and needs of our diverse population. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet the expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. - Conduct initial assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs. - Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention. - Develop and implement measurable individualized care plans within established Nursing Standards. - Utilize comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient evaluations. - Engage in patient and significant other health education and discharge planning. - Document timely interventions tailored to patient needs. - Perform various Point of Care testing procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes. **Requirements:** - **Education/Skills:** - Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. - Current knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population served. - Sensitivity to patients' rights in care delivery. - Clear and concise communication tailored to the developmental age of patients. - **Experience:** - Newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of experience will begin at a CN I status. - Consideration for higher clinical ladder levels based on relevant experience, certifications, and additional nursing education (B.S.N. and MSN). - **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required; CPI/De-Escalation preferred. **Work Schedule:** - Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, full-time. - Weekend requirement: Every other weekend. - Voluntary on-call availability. - Floating to assist during low census as needed. **Dress Code:** - Pewter/Charcoal grey scrubs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
