Description:
Position: RN - Emergency Room
Schedule: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. for 2 shifts & 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. for 2 shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
Preferred certifications are TNCC and CPI.
Weekend requirement is every other week.
On-call requirement is not applicable.
Traveler will be required to pass an EKG/Telemetry exam onsite.
Experience in charge nursing is preferred.
Patient ratios are 4:1.
Charting system experience with Epic is required.
Candidates must have community hospital experience.
Travel experience is essential for this position.
Absence policy allows for up to three absences per contract.
Attendance will be monitored, and excessive tardiness or no-call/no-show incidents may lead to contract review.
Compliance timelines must be adhered to, including lab work completion within a week of signing.
Modules completed during orientation will be recorded and must be self-reported.
