Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 12 months Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours, 3a-3p Experience: 2 years of ER experience required License: Michigan RN license required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: 2 years of ER experience Description: This position requires adherence to a strict attendance policy. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for three shifts will be terminated immediately. Situations such as communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed favorably. Emergency services provide immediate care for a range of situations, from minor injuries to life-threatening trauma. The emergency department operates 24/7. Specialty support is available for multiple services, including heart and vascular, neurosciences, radiology, anesthesiology, and surgery. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. The schedule will include every other weekend and every third holiday.
