Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Emergency Department – Colorado

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Patient ratios typically 1:4 or 1:5 (estimated, not guaranteed). Collaborative team environment with 7-8 RNs and 2-3 EMT/Medics per shift.

• Standard ED equipment including EKG, cardiac monitors, and blood glucose monitoring

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Emergency Department experience required
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
• Level II Trauma experience preferred
• Stroke care experience preferred
