- You will assess incoming patients with physical and mental health conditions, prioritizing their injuries and medical needs with precision.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional nursing care in an exciting and fast-paced emergency environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and effective treatment plans.
- Utilize your clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to design and implement effective nursing care plans.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff to enhance the patient experience.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
- Recent ED experience within the last six months is essential.
- Strong demonstrated performance and nursing practice.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services effectively.
**Education Requirements:**
- ASN Required, BSN Preferred.
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- BLS-AHA, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS.
- CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
**Work Schedule:**
- 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
- 3 x 12 hour shifts.
- Every other weekend required.
