Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,281 per week in Lexington, KY

Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years experience in an ER setting. - Required certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS. - No trauma level one experience necessary. - Travel experience preferred, but not necessary for first-time travelers with level 1 ER experience. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. Required certifications include NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. A compact or state license is required. No trauma level one experience is necessary for this position. Travel experience is preferred, but not required for first-time travelers with level 1 ER experience. Requests for time off longer than one week will not be approved unless special circumstances arise. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted for this role. Candidates will be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Rehire eligibility must be confirmed at the time of submission. Licensure issues will result in the rejection of submissions. All candidates must be informed of rehire eligibility and previous employment history. Special compliance requirements include certification and competency examinations relevant to the emergency department. Candidates should expect to manage a patient ratio of 4 per nurse during shifts.
