Job Summary
Melissa Memorial Hospital, a 15-bed critical access facility in Holyoke, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care across various units, including the Emergency Room, Medical-Surgical (adult and orthopedic), and general floor, serving a diverse patient population within a rural hospital setting equipped with advanced services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, analysis, collaborative care planning, and effective communication with an integrated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on thorough patient assessment, analysis, and individualized care planning.

- Accountable for ongoing evaluation and accurate, timely documentation of all components of nursing care.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Manual dexterity and physical agility to operate all necessary equipment and perform nursing procedures.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
