Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience License: Active State RN License or Compact State License required Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS required Must-Have: - Valid U.S. Social Security Number - Ability to work every third weekend - Flexibility to float as needed within the scope of practice Description: The unit does not accept travel partners. Local candidates are allowed. First-time travelers are accepted. Electronic Medical Record system used is Meditech. Block scheduling is allowed. The start date is as soon as possible. The contract length is 26 weeks. Shift dates and schedule are flexible, with evening shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Calls are not required. Floating is required on an as-needed basis. The unit requires various certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience. Modules are completed during orientation but are non-billable if completed in the first 16 hours. Any modules completed after the first 16 hours of orientation are non-billable. Traveler candidates should acknowledge the facility's location. Interview availability should be provided along with current Nursys Report. RTO (Requested Time Off) is required for submission.
