Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Perform IV starts, blood draws, and moderate sedations
- Apply splinting as necessary
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Focus on patient experience and delivering quality care
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Current RN License
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
