Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Room/Emergency Department travel assignment in Longview, TX. This role involves providing both routine and complex care in a dynamic ER setting, making independent assessments, and managing long-range goals and plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Meet the expectations of applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
- Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols; monitor for side-effects and treatment effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required (AHA only)
- RN License in the state of TX or compact
