Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Perform moderate sedation and central line placements
• Manage chest tube placements and IV insertions
• Conduct lab draws and POC testing
• Administer respiratory treatments and EKGs
• Utilize whiteboards to enhance patient experience and communication

Requirements of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and CPI (within 30 days)
• TNCC certification
• 2-3 years of ED experience
