Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide direct patient care in a high-paced emergency room setting
- Administer critical care procedures including tPA, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and ortho care
- Collaborate effectively with a team comprising charge nurses, triage, bedside RNs, HUCs, and technicians
- Maintain patient safety and manage care for a 4:1 or 5:1 patient ratio
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- 2 years ED experience
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC
