Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide comprehensive care in a high-volume emergency department
• Coordinate and oversee patient triage and treatment plans
• Utilize advanced equipment such as baxter pumps and GE monitors
• Ensure respectful patient interactions with continuous updates and information sharing
• Maintain current documentation using the Cerner system

Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active RN license
• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (prior to start); ENPC within 90 days of hire
• Flexibility to work across all emergency department sectors
• Teamwork mentality with strong communication skills
