Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide patient care in a high-volume ER setting
- Maintain patient ratios as defined by the department
- Collaborate with technicians and unit clerks effectively
- Utilize Baxter pumps and GE monitors in patient care
- Adhere to AIDET and maintain respectful behavior with all patients
Requirements of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 2 trauma center
- At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting
- Flexibility to work across all areas of the ED
