Description:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift position.
The role entails providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
The position requires weekend coverage every other weekend, with 6 weekend shifts in each 6-week schedule.
Holiday coverage will also be required.
Nurses must be skilled in a variety of emergency procedures and patient care, including managing critical conditions.
The patient ratio is 1:4-6, ensuring that individualized care is prioritized.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in essential nursing skills and have experience with a variety of emergency diagnoses.
Additional requirements include certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
Nurses must ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Flu vaccine is mandatory.
